Scott graduated from North Allegheny High School in 1984 and attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1984 to 1988 where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degrees in Business and Economics. He began his financial career in 1988 with Financial Investment Analysts, Inc. as an Investment Advisor Representative and became Senior Vice President in 1994. Scott passed his Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards exam in 1994 upon which he became a CFP® and began full service financial planning for his clients. In 2003, Scott joined Pennsylvania Financial Group and Cetera Advisor Networks LLC as an independent Registered Representative and has been servicing his clients in this capacity to date.
